I’ve been rereading and re writing poems for my poetry club and the poems I’ve been re-reading are poems series is of Rise of the Guardians movie. The poem series is called Guardians of Childhood Dreams and there poems about the characters, like for example I finished the poem for Sanderson (sandman) and Jack Frost. The next poem in my series is Pitch Black who is boogeyman and I’ve been re writing and drafting as well as rehearsing it in my head so see if I like how it sounds to me.

But I can’t get the poem to sound how I want it to sound, so I may skip him and go to Bunny (Easter Bunny), the Toothiana (Tooth Fairy), and then Santa Claus. The poems about sandman are called Sanderson and the one about Jack Frost is called Snow Angel but any how it pretty much talking about their character in general as of what they represent and what aspect of childhood there are.  It really a work in progress of how I would like to finish and start them and it’s a pain in the butt to even come up with the poems but I wanted to do this series. As if a really great movie and I really like how the thing we have come to love as children is represented and what they stand for. I like the movie in general and I’m making this poem series because I feel that I would like to explore the character in detail and that’s pretty much it.

I read one of my typed stories or the stories my friend is supposed to be updating but doesn’t really, my friend emailed the story to me and so if not an officially story but it is called Addiction. it was about a little boy who about 13 or 14 name Leonardo Galanthus who gets adopted or more like taken in by a vampire mix family. He an albino and human while his somewhat adopted brother Kuura (pronounced: Kuu-ra) is a mixture of things, Kuura I think is a half vampire, forest spirit and a big fox spirit of the forest.

He secretly also the vampire king who’s just looking for his dead friend who happens to look way too similar. Pretty those two together are kind of like a family on its own, but then they have Murasaki who  also a vampire mix but she more of a not very likeable character just because she just has a look of hate she hold back towards Leo. She if fact kind of was plotting to murder Leo because of who he actually is, even if Leo is a human he’s not integrally human and he’s more like a half human.

My reaction to it was that sort of from what I read it pretty ok, it needs a few areas of help, but I really good on the imagination and I mean that most of the pass or chapter was just based from imagination. But I like the main character as Leo is portrays of my favorite mythical beast; a phoenix. Kuura is another favorite of my but I won’t go into much detail about him.

I read another sad but happy ending stories, it was called the last night about this boy who did something really horrible and his friends and even his best friend abandon him, his family didn’t even forgive him nor trust they even say that he wasn’t there son. The boy grew so sad that he wanted to end his life but thankfully his twin was worried enough to scold his friends and go find the boy, the boy not caring attacks monsters and end up almost losing his life in a fight with a huge monster if not for his twin, all and all it ended well and the boy’s life was saved.

My personal reaction was that I was hoping the twin would save him since it seemed like his twin was the only one who would still believe him after what he had done, and manage to save him which was a huge relief. The pattern I noticed was that it was in a cause and effect order; because of his friends and family the boy almost died because they thought that he was to blame for the horrible event.

Although I would have never thought that your own family and friends could be so cruel and so mean, no wonder the poor boy wanted to do what he did but I’m glade that his twin was able to save and protect him from the big monster and the boy from himself. All and all I’m glade that what stated slow and sad then became depressing to a happy/sweet ending.

02.07- Free Choice Blog

I don’t particularly read book, but I do read random stories on my phone, like the one I read yesterday.

It was from the person’s point of view and he was talking about no matter how much time when by he could never meet his love one again because he wasn’t human, that he surpassed even his lover in life. Even though his person he loved told to be happy they man is anything but. He starts to regret not being human and even starts neglect himself, anyhow eventually his lover was reincarnated and everything is all happy again.

My personal reaction to it was that I cried and it was quite sad but I kind of understand his feeling of you love ones dying, but I was happy that he got to reunite with his love one in the end and I made me kind of happy that the story ended on a happy note.

I usually use list for notes since that what I usually use but I use something a bit more complex since the story was a 7 k+ or a 7 thousand word story which is more than more thousand word stories, and sometimes the usually 55 thousand word stories which our agonizing long. That I usually read, but anyway I would use the outlines or web to point out the detail and the main idea and then figure out the themes and such

01.03 Materials and Free Choice

Hello, and sorry about the title it an assignment that once again and in this post I’ve been assigned to do. It’s an assignment by my online teacher to I don’t know what write a post or something like that. Anyway, so let’s begin or shall we and normally my don’t really read a whole lot. But I do read online comic, manga and fan fictions. I pretty much read a manga when I can and pretty much read a fan fiction every day, recently I read an essay for my after school activities teacher, it kind of like a start to a bunch of essay for collages I’m going to be doing senior year.

Other thing is the attack on titian manga; I’ve finally been able to get it thanks to my mommy and a few others. Anyhow, they manga really is different from the anime and it’s kind of straight to the point. It’s sort of confusing to follow still, at least to me but I was finally able to follow it after the 3rdone. unfortunately I can’t continue on reading it till I get the next volume, I don’t want to go to manga fox to spoiled the rest even though I kind of know what gonna happen next.

Manger spoiler and thanks a lot anime, other thing before I close this post is that. I need to say or stated my results on the “What Kind of Reader Are You?”quiz for the class  and my results were

Nonfiction:
You like to read information that is based in reality. When you read, you like for it to have a clearly defined purpose that is apart from simply being entertaining. Consider picking up newspapers and magazines for your Free Choice Blog.

Fiction:
You like to escape when you read. You enjoy stories that tell you about something other than your normal life. As long as it's not real, it's up your alley. Consider picking up books and short stories for your Free Choice Blog.

Um non-fiction is my strong suite, my results were non-fiction and secondarily fiction. I prefer fiction as I read too many fan fiction, and read too many manga to every think I could even touch a non-fiction book, I like the imagination and creativity.

As well as the amazing art it takes to make manga, I want to stick to them because I find manga special as it keeps me close to my family. Especially since I’m the one who got them into it in the first place, and my teacher can argue with me all they want especially my English 3 teacher, I don’t care about stupid grammar or the fact that it’s not historical accurate or is made up.

It doesn’t matter because I found another thing that could keep me close to my family though my patch of fiction stuff, after all isn’t imagination the coolest thing of all about life. After all it took imagination to make a lot of great books that aren’t based on facts or history, it’s not based on a true story and I’m fine with that.

Introductions: Hello I'm Cynthia

Hi, I’m Cynthia Tejada and I go to Dillard high school, I’m in the magnet program for arts so it more like I go to Dillard center of the arts. I’m alright when it comes to going to school and stuff, I’m pretty much like any other ordinary person who lives on earth and goes to my school.
But then again I’m not as normal as people would seem, I’m into anime and a lot of Dillard don’t really like it, at least some people. I have few friends and even fewer anime friends; I’m like a big sister to some freshmen who are into anime at my school. I kind of a nerd when it comes to the video games (stuff like that) and I’m kind of fascinated by how someone could hack a firewall of a video games.
I’ve never cheated at a game and a play honest, just because I’m fascinated with video game hacking doesn’t mean I do any of that stuff. I draw anime and I’m working in development with a few manga ideas, I kind of play my 3ds almost every chance I get at school and at home.
I kind of slack on homework but who doesn’t after coming home from a boring day of school as can be, I’m a creative writer and I like to make up stories. Heck, I’ve even written a few poems and stories. I do have special talents like I can kind of finish a video game within 3 days and finish a puzzle faster than most, and I think this pretty much covers the introductions stuff. But what should I know whether or not, I’m not good with introducing myself….
